Job summary

County of Marin is seeking a bilingual Behavioral Health Practitioner (Associate or Licensed) to join the BRIDGE program in Adult System of Care. You will provide case management, clinical assessments, and treatment planning within a multi-disciplinary team to support adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders.

The ideal candidate holds an active California license or is eligible (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or Psychologist) and demonstrates proficiency in Spanish and English prior to

Qualifications

• Experience conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments including lethality and risk assessments.
• Experience coordinating care within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Cultural competence and sensitivity to diversity, especially with Latinx communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management to adults with chronic mental health and substance use issues.
• Perform initial and ongoing clinical assessments and treatment planning.
• Sign involuntary holds (5150) when required and maintain current EMR documentation.
