Job summary

Crosspoint seeks a Behavioral Health Counselor to provide assessment and counseling services for individuals, families and groups. This full-time position may include remote work per contract guidelines, with supervision by the Clinical Program Manager.

Required licensure (LCSW or LPC in Texas), bilingual Spanish proficiency, and ability to work in office and remote settings. Strong knowledge of counseling techniques and accurate documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an LCSW or LPC in TX or with reciprocal agreement.
• Must be bilingual (Spanish).
• Ability to work independently in office and virtual remote settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for referrals and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family and group counseling.
• Document assessments, plans and services in client files per policy.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate referrals with medical providers.
• Advise staff on community resources and serve as a case management consultant.
• Participate in training and program reporting as required.
