• Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000.00
• Salary: $26.25- $38.39 per hour

Responsibilities

Provide behavioral health counseling services.

• Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals.
• Administer individual and group therapy.
• Maintain thorough and confidential records of observations.
• Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
• Provide patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community.
• Work directly with the patient, family, physician and community providers to ensure active andcollaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Social Science, or Psychology required.

Additional Preferences

* Schedule: Monday/Wednesday 9:30a - 7:00p; Tuesday/Thursday 8:30a - 5:00p;

Friday 9:00a - 3:00p

* A master's degree in Counseling or Social Work is expected for this role

* Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
