Centria-Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills with evidence-based techniques.

Training is provided, and you should be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow BCBA guidance.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test as required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of behavior and skills.
