Job summary

Helping Hands Family in Sugarloaf, PA seeks passionate RBTs to provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, homes, and the community.

You will implement sessions designed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to track progress and adjust plans. Strong communication and reliability are essential; training is provided and the role includes growth opportunities and family-focused benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and able to communicate with families
• High school diploma or equivalent; associates/bachelors in human services preferred
• Comfort working with children and able to perform physical tasks (up to 50 lbs)
• Willingness to complete HHF-provided RBT training and pass the exam within 90 days

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.

• Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress.

We're Looking for Someone With:

• Fluency in Spanish
• A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred).
• Comfort working with children.
• The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

$19 - $20.16 USD
