United Care ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism and their families in New York. The role emphasizes flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to growth and well-being for staff.

Qualifications

• Bilingual candidates are welcome and valued.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Reliability and attention to detail are required for consistent support.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification is a plus (we’ll assist).
