Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking passionate bilingual RBTs to provide play-based ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, home, or community settings. You will work 1-on-1 with clients, implement BCBA-designed sessions, collect behavior data, and collaborate with a supportive team to help children reach milestones.

Compensation includes a base salary range of $19–$21 per hour, paid training, travel reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and able to communicate with families.
• Comfort working with children and handling physical tasks.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the exam.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Accurately collect behaviour data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress.

We're Looking for Someone With

• Fluency in Spanish
• A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree in a human services area preferred).
• Comfort working with children.
• The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

Base Salary Range: $19 USD - $21 USD
