Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, homes, or community settings. You will implement sessions designed by a BCBA and collect data to track progress.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence‑based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress.

We're Looking for Someone With:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred).
• Comfort working with children.
• The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company‑provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

Helping Hands Family Base Salary Range: $19.94 USD - $21.15 USD
