Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community. You’ll implement sessions designed by a BCBA and collect data to support each child’s progress.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s in human services preferred.
• Comfort working with children in various settings.

What You’ll Be Doing:

We’re Looking for Someone With:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred).
• Comfort working with children.
• The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients’ families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
