United Care ABA is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians BT and RBTs to join our mission-driven team in New York. We provide a supportive, collaborative environment that prioritizes your growth and well-being while delivering high-quality ABA services to children and families.

As a BT or RBT, you’ll work under supervision to implement behavior plans, collect accurate data, and communicate clearly with families and teammates. A current RBT certification or willingness to complete it is required.

Formación

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete the certification process.
• Experience working with children, particularly in educational, behavioral, or developmental settings (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and dependable, with the ability to follow treatment plans and collect accurate data.
• A desire to help children grow and a commitment to creating a positive, consistent learning environment.
• A team player who values collaboration and is open to learning and feedback.
