Job summary

United Care ABA-New York is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT) to join a mission-driven team focused on helping children thrive. Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain it is required; experience with children in educational or developmental settings is preferred.

You will work in a supportive environment with mentoring from BCBAs, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to advance toward lead RBT or BCBA roles.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete the certification process.
• Experience working with children, particularly in educational, behavioral, or developmental settings (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’re someone who connects easily and takes initiative.
• Detail-oriented and dependable, with the ability to follow treatment plans and collect accurate data.
• A desire to help children grow and a commitment to creating a positive, consistent learning environment.
• A team player who values collaboration and is open to learning and feedback.
