Job summary

Olive Branch ABA in Spring, TX is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism under a BCBA's guidance, implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting behavioral data.

You will work in a safe, engaging environment with families and the clinical team; the role offers full- or part-time schedules, bilingual Spanish-speaking requirements, paid training with RBT support, and a pay rate of $20–$23/hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluent Spanish-speaking ability required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid Texas driver's license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate.
• Comfortable working with children.
• Previous experience with children, autism, ABA, education, childcare, or behavioral health is a plus.
• RBT certification is preferred but NOT required.
• Willingness to learn and receive ABA training.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one ABA therapy.
