Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Interventionist in Fresno, CA. This part-time role offers a 2:00pm–8:00pm shift, hybrid work, and opportunities to expand into full-time hours based on center needs.

You will support children and teens with developmental disabilities, implement ABA plans, track progress, and collaborate with families while maintaining professional standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support with children/teens with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide consistent therapy with at least 15 hours per week.
• Track progress by collecting and recording data.
• Foster learning and growth through structured activities.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA and company policy compliance.
