Job summary

Nicolet National Bank is seeking a Customer Support Associate to deliver friendly, reliable service by phone and online. You will assist customers with everyday banking needs, help with account inquiries, and promote bank products as part of building lasting relationships.

In this role you will answer calls from the Call Center, support online and mobile banking, and collaborate with teammates to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–3 years in bank customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods on the phone and focus on a PC.
• Understand banking products and services typically.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls via the Call Center and route inquiries.
• Provide excellent service and promote bank products.
• Assist customers with online and mobile banking, cards, transfers.
• Assist internal users with password resets and functionality.
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Engage in self-development through meetings and trainings.
• Maintain and order department supplies and equipment.
• Uphold policies and comply with laws and regulations.
• Value diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
