Job summary

Nicolet National Bank is seeking a Customer Support Associate to provide service on a wide range of banking services via telephone and internet. You will help develop customer relationships, including account servicing and sales, while working in-office with a rotating schedule.

The role requires handling calls, promoting bank products, assisting with online/mobile banking, cards, transfers, and outages; a High School diploma and 1–3 years’ banking customer service experience are typical.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls via the Call Center and guide customers or forward inquiries as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by phone and actively promote bank products and services.
• Assist customers with online and mobile banking, debit and credit card inquiries and transfers.
• Help internal users with password resets and system access.
• Maintain a positive attitude while promoting products and services in a fast-paced environment.
• Engage in self-development through meetings, training, and reading periodicals to maintain product knowledge.
• Assist with department supplies and equipment and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
