TD Bank in Greenville, SC seeks a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced banking contact center. You will handle routine transactions, resolve concerns, and guide customers to self-help options while upholding bank policies.

Minimum 1+ years of related experience in retail banking or contact center roles.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to use/learn current technology and software applications related to position.

Responsabilidades

Create an exceptional customer experience with every client interaction and help improve overall customer experience.
Communicate and direct customers to relevant solutions, including digital banking and self-serve options.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and accurately, following bank policies and procedures.
Handle a broad range of financial transactions with accuracy and speed (e.g., balance inquiries, statements, disputes).
Be onsite for training and meetings as required, and support team objectives in a collaborative environment.
Adhere to established schedules, including potential weekends, holidays, or overnight shifts.
