Job summary

BMO Financial Group in San Jose, CA seeks a lobby leader to deliver exceptional customer service, identify needs, and guide customers toward banking solutions across channels. You’ll collaborate with partners to grow customer relationships and ensure a seamless, friendly visit to the branch.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and a passion for helping customers with personal banking and digital options.

Qualifications

• Typically between 1-2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study.
• Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and applications.
• Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales roles, with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen, problem-solve and respond flexibly.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects and identifies their needs.
• Collaborates with branch and partners to deliver a positive customer experience and grow relationships.
• Guides customers to digital and self-serve options and explains available banking channels.
• Engages in needs-based conversations to address everyday banking and credit card needs.
