Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking an energetic Lobby Leader to deliver exceptional service and guide customers through in-branch and digital banking options. You will engage clients in needs-based conversations, suggest appropriate banking solutions, and collaborate across channels to meet branch goals.

You will welcome customers, support everyday transactions, and promote seamless experiences while protecting privacy and adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Typically 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field or education/experience mix.
• Confident with social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and apps.
• Experience in consultative customer service or sales with a focus on personal customer experience.
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions to refer to specialists.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Good verbal and written communication, organization and teamwork.
