Job summary

Acquire4Hire is seeking a Baby Room Teacher to create a caring, safe environment for infants and to implement activities that support each child’s development. The role requires English and Spanish communication, teamwork, and adherence to state guidelines.

You will help children reach milestones and build strong relationships with families. Responsibilities include delivering curriculum, maintaining classroom materials, communicating with parents and staff, and ensuring smooth daily transitions

Qualifications

• Good oral and written communication; basic computer skills
• Understanding of child development
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification
• Highschool Diploma or equivalent
• Clear full background check
• Bilingual

Responsibilities

• Implement curriculum activities and meet developmental goals
• Actively engage in supervision; manage cleanliness, order, and availability of classroom materials
• Maintain frequent communications with parents and administrative staff
• Help ensure smooth, daily transitions
• Follow all center policies and state regulations
• Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement
• Maintain certifications and complete all required trainings
