Job summary

Acquire4Hire is seeking a Baby Room Teacher to create a caring, safe environment for infants and to implement activities that support each child’s development. The role requires English and Spanish communication, teamwork, and adherence to state guidelines.

You will help children reach milestones and build strong relationships with families. Responsibilities include delivering curriculum, maintaining classroom materials, communicating with parents and staff, and ensuring smooth daily transitions

• Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement
• Maintain certifications and complete all required trainings

About This Role

A Baby room Teacher is here to create a caring, nurturing and safe environment for the children and implement activities to improve the overall development of each child. Our baby room teacher must be able to communicate in English and Spanish, listen and work well with others in a team environment and follow directions and state guidelines. Assisting each child in reaching their developmental milestones to transition to the next classroom, developing positive relationships with each child and their parents, and providing a safe and caring classroom setting. Baby room teachers observe and document children's interest and progress, and relays that information back to parents and staff. Teachers are responsible for implementing developmentally appropriate activities based on children's interests and needs under the direction of the Director.
