The H+H Group in Papillion, Nebraska, is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to join Kia dealership. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy building relationships with customers, this role offers an environment that rewards performance with commissions and bonuses.

We feature a state-of-the-art facility and a fun, fast-paced atmosphere. You will engage customers, set appointments, learn product features, and strive to meet monthly quotas.

• Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-8:00pm, Friday-Saturday 8:30am-6:00pm, Sundays closed.

Job Overview - How You'll Contribute

Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit and love building relationships with Customers? Come and grow with us as an Automotive Sales Associate at Kia! We have a State-of-the-Art facility in Papillion! We are Omaha's Premier automotive employer! We offer a fun, fast-paced, and positive work environment!

• Engage qualified and interested Customers by making multiple calls per day to set appointments and drive sales.
• Build relationships with current and new Customers.
• Become familiar with new products, features, and accessories, and how they will benefit the Customer.
• Meet monthly quota by excelling on the phone and in person.
• Establish goals and objectives that meet or exceed dealership standards, and devise strategies to meet or exceed those standards.
• Be a Team Player.
• Hours of operation Monday-Thursday 8:30am-8:00pm Friday-Saturday 8:30am-6:00pm, closed Sundays.
