O'Reilly Auto Parts in Liberty, MO is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management in completing assigned tasks.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. You will greet customers, assist in selecting merchandise, handle cash/returns, and participate in daily store operations to keep shelves stocked and presentable.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling phone and in-store customers concurrently.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, and ASE certification is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Promote customer service programs and related selling.
• Serve professional customers with installers as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely.
• Process exchanges/returns per policy and resolve complaints.
• Support stock, planogram updates, and daily operations.
• Assist customers by phone with quotes and upsell where appropriate.
• Operate store equipment after training and safety requirements.
