Job summary

Autosphere in Buford, GA is seeking a Bilingual Service Customer Care Coordinator to join our service team. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with starting pay of $16.00/hour and growth potential to $18.00/hour after a 90‑day performance review.

You will help keep customers informed and organized throughout their service experience. Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, comfortable with technology, highly organized, and able to learn software quickly.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; strong communication skills.
• Excellent phone, text, email, and in-person communication.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy; able to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Keep customers informed and organized throughout their service experience.
• Make proactive outbound calls, texts, and emails about vehicle status.
• Document all customer conversations and activity accurately.
• Coordinate with Service Manager, advisors, technicians, and other departments.
• Learn and use Tekmetric and DriveCentric effectively.
