You'll work with finance and management to structure deals, stay updated on incentives, and build long‑term relationships with buyers.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Customer-first attitude and genuine passion for helping people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse customers.
• Self-motivated with a focus on earning growth.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior automotive, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a professional, welcoming manner — both in-person and digitally.
• Guide customers through the full vehicle selection process, demonstrating features and options.
• Conduct test drives and present vehicles to match customer needs and lifestyle.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to build long‑term relationships.
• Collaborate with finance and management teams to structure and close deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Stay current on product knowledge, incentives, and competitive landscape.
