O'Reilly Auto Parts in North Carolina is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to both retail and installer customers and to assist store management with daily tasks. You will greet customers, help them select merchandise, and handle cash and transactions efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer-service skills, multitasking ability, and knowledge of automotive parts. Bilingual Spanish is encouraged, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts and cataloging; ASE certification is a plus.
• Spanish language skills are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Support managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy and with a friendly approach.
• Perform in-store services (install wipers, test batteries, etc.).
• Assist with inventory, stock adjustments, and planogram updates.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
