Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high levels of service to retail and installer customers, while supporting store management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and you will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and handle transactions with accuracy and courtesy.

The role includes assisting with professional customer needs, performing stock and planogram updates, and providing in-store services as trained.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask between phone and in-store customers.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging and sales or service.
• ASE certification is required.
• Spanish language skills are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Answer store calls and lookup parts, quote prices, offer related items.
• Manage cash drawer, accept payments, and process transactions.
• Handle exchanges/returns and resolve complaints.
• Maintain store image through planogram updates and stocking.
• Perform in-store services and occasional deliveries as needed.
