Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise choices.
• Support professional customers as needed and directed.
• Process cash, checks and credit card transactions accurately.
• Handle exchanges/returns per policy.
• Address customer complaints politely.
• Perform in-store service tasks (install wipers, test batteries).
• Assist with daily stock, planogram updates, and inventory counts.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
