Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in their selection of merchandise.
• Support managers and/or installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed and directed.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, accurate change, and secure cash drawer.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per company policies and procedures.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with daily image maker and planogram updates, stocking shelves, and related tasks.
• Operate store equipment after training and company requirements are met.
• Provide in-store services when allowed by state laws (e.g., wipers, batteries, diagnostics).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate.
