O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, help select merchandise, assist professional customers, and support store management in daily tasks.

The role involves processing transactions, handling cash, exchanges, and returns, resolving complaints, and performing store operations such as stocking, image updates, and occasional local deliveries. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification is desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support managers and installers in serving professional customers.
• Process transactions and manage cash drawer.
• Handle exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address customer complaints.
• Perform store operations tasks and image maker/planogram updates.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
