Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Farragut, TN is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver top-tier service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management with daily tasks. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, handle cash and credit transactions, process returns, and perform in-store services.

Bilingual applicants encouraged; ASE certification and Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail and installer customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed.
• Maintain and secure the cash drawer and process cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints amicably.
• Perform stock updates, planogram compliance, freight receival, and frontline merchandising tasks.
• Perform in-store services (where allowed by law) such as installing wipers, testing batteries, and headlights.
