Qualifications

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and parts catalogs.
• Use basic math for transactions across units and measures.
• Availability to work days, evenings, or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and calls.
• Hit personal sales goals and help store reach overall targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain inventory and store product standards.
• Handle inventory processes including cycle counts and back stock.
