Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson at our Omaha store. This entry-level role supports the DIY customer experience, handling in-store and phone interactions to meet sales and service objectives.

You’ll use store systems, apply basic automotive knowledge, and provide services such as battery installation and wiper replacements. Ideal candidates bring strong communication, basic math, and the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic driving and navigation ability.
• Ability to use delivery board system.
• Friendly communication with customers.
• Operate POS and parts lookup systems.
• Parts and automotive system knowledge.
• English proficiency with Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Hit personal sales targets and support store sales goals.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and testing, wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory tasks: truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Keep store clean: floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot.
• Stock shelves and back stock.
• Deliver parts to customers when needed.
