Advance Auto Parts is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and help achieve our sales and service objectives. The role requires basic knowledge of store systems, automotive systems, and parts, plus the ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.

You will maintain the store inventory and maintenance processes, perform DIY services such as battery installations and wiper work, and support inventory operations.

Formación

• Speak and write English; communicate effectively with customers, peers and management
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, parts catalogs
• Basic math for transactions and stock counts

Responsabilidades

• Provide selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries
• Achieve personal and store sales goals
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper replacements
• Maintain store inventory and operational standards
• Handle inventory processes including cycle counts and back stock
• Ensure store cleanliness and safe handling of deliveries
