O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to support professional customers via the installer counter, coordinate deliveries, and oversee delivery staff. A solid mechanical background and strong communication with customers are essential.

Responsibilities include taking orders, invoicing, ensuring parts are picked, staged, and delivered on time, maintaining vehicles and performing inspections, and assisting at counters as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical foundation with ability to diagnose and explain issues clearly.
• Above-average communication skills for coordinating with installers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers and professional customers.
• Take orders over phone and online; invoice and coordinate parts for delivery.
• Oversee delivery scheduling and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and ensure daily vehicle inspections are completed.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed; support backroom tasks.
