Job summary

AutoZone stores are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to help customers find parts and provide expert guidance. You will support sales goals, maintain organized shelves, and assist with inventory and store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, enjoy helping customers, and can work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. ASE certification is a plus and physical work including lifting is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 must apply.
• Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated store environment.
• Promote products, services, and promotions to help achieve sales goals and store metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organized displays, and follow POS procedures.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements to maintain a secure work environment.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions via AutoZone systems.
• Read diagnostic codes and advise solutions to customers when applicable.
