Qualifications

• Age 16 or older to apply.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Automotive knowledge is a plus for product assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting parts and solutions.
• Provide accurate product guidance and friendly service.
• Sell promotions and meet sales goals while tracking metrics.
• Restock and organize merchandise; follow POS procedures.
• Follow safety policies and PPE usage in-store.

• Use diagnostic tools to aid customers with vehicle codes.
