Job summary

AutoZone is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right parts and provide expert advice in a fast-paced store environment. You will assist customers, maintain organized inventory, and contribute to sales goals while upholding safety standards and delivering WOW!

Customer Service across bilingual interactions in English and Spanish. You will support team goals, learn product knowledge, and participate in store operations to ensure a positive, knowledgeable retail

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years old.
Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide automotive advice, and maintain professional communication.
Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated store environment.
Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Support sales goals and contribute to store performance metrics.
Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and follow POS procedures.
Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Follow structured processes and safety policies including PPE.
Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions.
Diagnostics Support – Read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
