Base salary ranges $41,000–$47,000 with performance incentives up to $60,000 annually, plus a $1,500 sign-on for licensed candidates. Evening/weekend premiums apply; benefits start Day 1.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 month of customer-facing sales experience required; 3+ years preferred.
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
