Job summary

AsiaLocalize is seeking bilingual speakers (English & Korean) for a short-term remote audio data collection project. Participants will complete a paid training and engage in conversation recordings to assist in developing voice recognition technologies. No prior experience is required but access to a laptop and microphone is necessary. Flexible scheduling is offered, with compensation set at USD 15 per hour, covering both training and recording sessions.

Qualifications

• Native English speaker with good Korean understanding or native Korean speaker based in the US or UK.
• Comfortable speaking naturally in conversational settings.
• Access to a laptop and microphone is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 30-minute paid training session.
• Participate in 8 short conversation recordings (~5 minutes each).
• Use an online recording tool for conversations.
