This role emphasizes hospitality, product knowledge, and building lasting client relationships. The position is part-time (30 hours) and preferred bilingual English/Spanish.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby traffic.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking with Chase mobile app and online banking tools.
• Build relationships by listening and communicating effectively to meet clients' financial goals.
