Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the store manager and oversee daily retail operations in Fontana, California. You will coach a team, support merchandising, and drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role includes leading promotions, training, and outreach while advancing toward leadership with a strong salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches.
