Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail sales management experience with commissioned sales.
• Experience recruiting, hiring and developing store sales teams.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all store functions in their absence.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including: sales, merchandising, training, inventory, cash handling and deposits.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through service excellence and safety compliance.

Our Assistant Store Managers:

• Assist the Store Manager in managing all aspects of the functions of the store in his/her absence
• Assists Store Manager in day-to-day store operations, including:
  • Targeted sales achievement Merchandising/promotional activities
  • Customer service and retention, Audits, Employee training, Inventory management, Cash handling, reconciliations and deposits
  • Customer satisfaction measured by surveys, Store safety and security

Qualifications:

• One (1) year proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales)
• One (1) year of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to pass background checks
