Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year proven retail sales management experience.
• 1 year recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in managing all aspects of the store in their absence.
• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day store operations, including targeted sales achievement, merchandising/promotional activities.
• Customer service and retention, audits, employee training, inventory management, cash handling, reconciliations and deposits.
• Customer satisfaction measured by surveys, store safety and security.
