Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in managing all aspects of the store in their absence
• Support day-to-day store operations, including merchandising/promotional activities
• Drive targeted sales and ensure excellent customer service and retention
• Assist with audits, employee training, inventory management, cash handling, reconciliations and deposits
• Ensure customer satisfaction through surveys, store safety and security

Our Assistant Store Managers:

• Assist the Store Manager in managing all aspects of the functions of the store in his/her absence


• Assists Store Manager in day-to-day store operations, including:


• Targeted sales achievement Merchandising/promotional activities


• Customer service and retention, Audits, Employee training, Inventory management, Cash handling, reconciliations and deposits


• Customer satisfaction measured by surveys, Store safety and security

Qualifications:

• One (1) year proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales)


• One (1) year of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams


• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays


• Must be able to pass background checks
