Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven retail sales management experience.
• 1+ year of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations.
• Coach and inspire the sales team on the floor to improve product knowledge and upsell.
• Oversee targeted sales, merchandising/promotions, customer service, and audits.
• Handle inventory management, cash handling, reconciliations, and deposits.
