Job summary

Mobily-LL, a fast-growing AT&T authorized retailer, is looking for a Retail Store Manager in Texas to lead store operations, drive sales, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will manage inventory, launch new products with the District Manager, train staff, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Flexibility for evenings and Saturdays is required, along with strong bilingual communication in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales management experience, preferably in a commissioned environment.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and customer-service skills.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and motivate a team.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
