Rent-A-Center, Inc. is seeking candidates for a role focused on credit and collections, customer service, deliveries, and merchandising. You will interact with customers in-store and in customers' homes, ensuring a positive experience while supporting sales and collections efforts.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail or customer service, a high school diploma or equivalent, are 18+, and possess a valid driver's license. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

• Experience in collections or debt recovery is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Credit and collections: communicate with customers to collect on accounts daily.
• Customer service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & pickups: load/unload and install products safely while following procedures.
• Merchandising: keep the store inviting and organized for customers and coworkers.
