Rent-A-Center is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to provide customers access to high-quality goods and deliver exceptional service that enhances customers’ lives. This role involves sales growth, customer interactions, and hands-on involvement with product deliveries and merchandising.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of retail or sales experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. The position requires physical ability to lift heavy items and maintain excellent communication

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record — You WILL be driving company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Drive growth through rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
• Customer Service: Deliver friendly, top-notch experiences with a 'white glove' service mindset.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely loading/unloading and installing products at stores and customers' homes.
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting, organized store with cleanliness in mind.
