• Flexible shifts including evenings and nights during peak harvest.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale hay operation to ensure high-quality production.
• Make harvesting decisions based on crop conditions and weather.
• Coordinate trucking and schedules; manage daily personnel and machinery logistics.
• Lead inventory management and ensure oversight of all inventory.
• Oversee and optimize irrigation systems and practices.
• Handle additional duties/projects as assigned by supervisor.
