Role Overview

The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in daily operations and financial functions, focusing on rent collection, property management, staff supervision, and resident relations. You will oversee leasing, maintenance, administration, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial transactions, including posting payments, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports.
  • Assist in personnel management, including hiring, training, coaching, and ensuring staff compliance.
  • Support leasing activities, including marketing, showing units, and resident retention programs.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as property inspections, maintenance coordination, and customer service.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience.
  • Basic computer skills and understanding of onsite software.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks as needed, including working in various environments and conditions.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $20 - $26 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401K, bonuses, paid sick days, and holidays.
